The business area Safety is a supplier of technical security solutions, and provides corporate alarm systems, camera surveillance, access control, anti-theft detection solutions, locks and anti-burglary devices.

The area also supplies safety monitoring and inspection (DLE) services that fulfill legally mandated responsibilities of Norwegian grid companies, including supervision of electrical installations and electrical contractors, inspection of electrical equipment, information and consulting services, and assistance to police and fire personnel investigating fires.
