Infratek awarded contract with Agder Energi Nett

Infratek, and the business area Local Infrastructure, has been awarded a contract with Agder Energi Nett concerning operations, maintenance, and contingency services on the regional power grid and distribution grid in the Mandal region (Area South) in Vest-Adger county.

The contract runs over three years, with an option for another 2+1 years. The contract starts from 1 January 2011. The value of the contract is estimated to NOK 150 million over three years.

According to regulations the other tenders have the right to lodge complaints for 10 days. The contract cannot be signed prior to the expiration of this period and prior to the evaluation of any complaints.

Agder Energi Nett AS is a 100 percent owned subsidiary of Agder Energi AS. The parent company Agder Energi is owned by the 30 municipalities in Agder and Statskraft (45,5%)
