New HR management in Infratek
- All three have extensive experience within HR and will as team leader also complement each other well. Although they are country managers, within Infratek we also emphasis close cooperation in the network to strengthen synergies and implementation of core processes. The exchange of expertise and cooperation between the countries is a success factor, says Lars Bangen.
Rita Bettina Fjerstad Ajer began in Infratek Norway in October. She will have a coordinating responsibility to ensure that the HR function support the business strategy. Fjerstad Ajer will be primary responsible for ensuring that HR organization helps to develop and improve the implementation and compliance of core processes within the HR area. And that Infratek exploit synergies across the organization. Competence of managers and employees will be focus areas.
Rita Bettina Fjerstad Ajer comes from a position as HR Director of NTE Holding AS (Nord-Trøndelag Elektrisitetsverk). Rita Bettina has aslo been member of the Board of NTE Energi AS and NTE Nett AS. She has also for several years been HR Director in the software company Tieto, and in the law firm Steenstrup Stordrange.
Linda Petterson will begin in Infratek Sweden at year end. Today she works in NOKAS where she has been since 2008. For the last three years Linda has been HR Manager.
Infratek acquired in January Pohjolan Werkonrakennus Oy (PWR) where Mari Appelgren was employed as HR Manager. From September Mari got HR responsibility for all the Finnish operations of Infratek. Mari has worked in PWR since 2013 and has experience from both Accenture and Nokia.
