A good start for new employees
- The introduction program lasts for six months from the day one is employed. The newly employed persons shall be given an introduction to all the common areas and functions throughout the Infratek group. This includes company history, vision, values, HSE, our information channels, ethical guidelines and time registration, says Margrete Posti Røed Martin, Group Manager Training and Development at Infratek
She thinks a uniform and exiting introduction program is important for new employees to quickly get going with their daily tasks, get to know their colleagues and increase their job satisfaction. In addition to a digital learning concept, the program contains close interaction with ones closest leader, and each new employee gets assigned an internal “buddy”.
